The main reason I wanted to join yoga was because I am voracious eater who could not control her diet (which mainly consisted of junk food!) After my three weeks course here I not only became a little underweight but also managed to control my eating habits. Another reason was my lack of concentration when studying. After doing meditation< I found myself thinking of nothing at certain times. This greatly pleases me because it can help me in my school work.
All in all, I found this course very helpful and all I can say is I am glad I joined it.
