Andiappan Yoga College and Research Centre offers flood relief assistance with below arrangements.
We have three large yoga halls that can be used as a 1) shelter for women and children 2) a make shift medical camp 3) stocking relief materials and make it as a distribution point.
We have a 200 KVA generator backup which can be used for 1) charge your cellphones to communicate with your relatives and family members, 2) Cook food in our kitchen that can be distributed to people in need, we have 2 cooks and may need volunteers that can help cook.
We have centre’s van and 1 driver can assist for distribution of relief materials to people in need.
We may need volunteers in Chennai those who can also help coordinate this plan and help the people in need.
